Do you understand that if NO LOA (Leave of absence) is given, and you are not actively playing for 2 weeks, you will be terminated from your cop whitelisting? Yes

Provide a DETAILED description of your most memorable role play experience (Minimum 150 words):

During a patrol while I was a patrol deputy, i saw a vehicle that was pulled over to the side of the road. It was a guy with a white GTR. He told me he was having issues with the vehicle. I was still a newer deputy so I was very suspicious of hoping into civilian vehicles. But he's continues with the issues, so in my mind I say fuck it why not? I tell him lets drive together and show me what's up with the vehicle. So he drives it down the road then he cuts the engine to simulate a broken engine. So we drive back and we start discussing the possibility of the issue. Then Sergeant Marcus and another officer comes along and we help him to repair his engine on his GTR. It was truly memorable just because it broke my many stipulations regarding being a little more trustworthy of other people. Of course later on he and his buddy shot Sergeant Marcus and the other officer and I end up chasing him but it was still a good RP scenario for me.

Tell us about yourself OUT OF CHARACTER (Minimum 100 words):

I'm a PFC in the US Army I have a year in service as a 12B Combat Engineer. I've taken two years of a law enforcement class in high school and I was an intern at a local department for about a year. During that internship I've seen road accidents/fatalities and I've seen dead bodies. I've been in multiple communities in the past including milsim communities. I've enjoyed the roleplay along the way and how sometimes you can get some real memorable or funny moments that if you tried to tell your buddies they look at you like you're crazy. I've really enjoyed my time here at Orgo and can't wait to start some more.

Tell us why you want to join Los Santos Police Department IN CHARACTER (Minimum 100 words):

I want to join the Los Santos Police Department because over the years I've experienced many things and I wish to share them with the department. I'm an ex-US Army Soldier and I've served 10 years as an infantry officer. I left the Army as a Captain due to a medical discharge when I was injured in Afghanistan from an ambush in Kornegal. That was 4 years ago since then I've returned back physically. Ever since then I've wished to return to serving but this time for the community. I wish to make the streets of Los Santos a safer and less dangerous place for my family that lives here.

Please answer the following IN CHARACTER:

You and your partner, working a night shift, respond to a possible burglary in progress at a residential structure. When you arrive, you see there are no lights on in the house, and the front door is partially open. Your partner says he/she will go cover the back of the house while you cover the front. You ask for additional units and dispatch tells you they are all busy, but will send the first available car. You then hear the sounds of a commotion at the rear of the house. You approach the back and as you look around the corner you see the following; your partner is on his/her knees, hands in the air, head bowed toward ground, pleading not to be shot. A male is standing in front of your partner, aiming your partner's pistol at your partner's head. The suspect is about ten feet away from you and does not know you are there. What do you do next?

I will take any cover or concealment to gauge the actions of the suspect and I will call that there is an officer in distress/hit my alert button. Is he twitchy or is he saying something, reacting too fast could get her or I killed. Once gauging his person I will take the time to plan out the next route. If he seems twitchy, agitated, or showing lots of aggression, I will attempt to flank the subject to deliver a non-lethal or lethal blow to control him. If I can see he seems more searching to see if there is another officer and he isn't very aggressive I will reveal myself and tell him to surrender. I will talk to him until I can hopefully either get him to surrender or to get him to flee. Anything or anyway to keep that officer alive without endangering me or anyone else is what I will do.

Do you have prior experience as a LEO in this or any environment? If so please explain? (If you have any VOD’S, it would help.)

Yes, I've been a patrol deputy and now I'm a DFW Officer. I've been a Corrections Officer at CG and I've been a SWAT member at Asylum Atlis Life RP

Do you have the ability to communicate properly within the English language? Yes
